SEED STARTING CLASSES

April 13 at 1:00pm

Bring your questions and let's dig in!

Classes are $80 and include everything you need to plant 72 seeds-half flowers/half veggies. I expect each class to take 1 1/2 hours and be full of lots of helpful  hints and tips. So whether you are a new gardener or experienced, have a small  space or a lot, whether you think you can grow things or think that you can't, I promise you will learn and have what you need to succeed in your gardening adventure. Classes are small so that you can get all of your growing questions answered by an instructor with over 30 years growing experience.

Save yourself the guesswork, time and cash it takes each year buying all of the supplies and endless packets of seeds! We have sourced healthy and well germinating seeds that will give you the best start to your garden. We will also have an affordable and easy seed starting set up available for purchase to ensure healthy, stocky plants.

What are warm season crops?

These are crops (veggies and flowers) that cannot withstand colder temperatures. Knowing this and getting started at the correct time for these crops gives you some extra growing time and ensures healthier plants. Typically warm season crops grow well in the heat of summer. This  class takes place at the perfect time for our area and growing zone so that your plants will be ready to give you your best garden ever!
